                                    and retroceded business, claims and client audits) and information technology, with staff of 150 and budget of $25 million.

Headed reinsurance integration team in Reliastar merger

                                    for Financial Management Department of New York Life’s Stable Value Group, overseeing 50+ employees and $22 billion

As Executive Vice President of USLIFE Corporation, responsible for the development of all individual life insurance
                                    and annuity products sold by the three life insurance subsidiaries of the Corporation, participated in due diligence team
                                    for merger with American General, and served as a member of the joint USLIFE-American General Marketing Task Force.
